#WAITFORCONNECTFAILED TEAMVIEWER 10 WINDOWS 10#
Well, just for fun I installed Team Viewer on my Virtualbox Arch installation on a Windows 10 machine. Error Code: WaitForConnectFailed and Protocol Negoatiation Failed. Sorry, the exact error I get is - No Connection to partner! Partner did not connect to router. Any log files I can check that might shed some light on this issue? Many thanks in advance. Does Arch block any incoming by default? Either that or something got corrupted on the Team Viewer install, but I tried reinstalling as well. But I just cannot connect from my Windows machine to my Arch laptop.Īny ideas? Connecting in and not out makes me think that something in Arch is blocking incoming requests, but I don't have anything running personally to do this. And I can coonect from the same Windows 10 to other machines. It starts up just fine, and I can even connect from Arch to my other machine, a Windows 10.

#WAITFORCONNECTFAILED TEAMVIEWER 10 INSTALL#
The install goes fine, it was missing some dependencies but I got them installed.

I have successfully set Team Viewer up on many other distributions with no problems, but it is just not working right here on Arch. Having a problem getting team Viewer working.
